Bike Ride #1

I was having so much fun with this new Bike Ride Bundle that I created lots of cards to share with you over the next couple of weeks...

The stamp set boasts 24 stamps, add to that the 15 coordinating dies and you have hours of creative fun. Believe me, I have been playing with all these little pieces for days now, haha…so you know I’ll be back with more cards with this bundle soon...

This stamp set is full of little images to help you customize the perfect bicycle. There is a bouquet of flowers, a stack of books, a picnic basket, and a cute little pup to help you eat the picnic sandwiches. There are also dies to cut out the bicycle shapes! Yes and double yes! perfect if you don't like fussy cutting. love love love...

Here is todays card I designed using the Bike Ride stamp set. I stamped and die cut the little basket, flowers and circles. the bike ride stamp set is a photopolymer set so easy to align and for instance the flowers are 3 separate stamps, you just ink them up and stamp one on top of the other, its really straight forward!.

Card Directions

  1. First, cut a Island Indigo card base.

  2. Stamp the bicycle and wheel images onto the front of the card base with Island Indigo ink. Add a puppy to one of the bicycle seats.

  3. Die cut a stitch circle out of Whisper White and a scallop circle out of Pool Party to make a layer

  4. Stamped the puppy image on to a scrap piece of Whisper White and then using the matching deist cut it out.

  5. Colour in the puppy with the stamps from the set it makes it so easy but you could use the Stampin’ Write Markers. I used Crumb Cake and Island Indigo.

  6. Using the Label Me Pretty Clear-Mount Bundle, stamp one of the images of your choice and use the matching punch to cut it out. I used a birthday stamp Best Birds but you could use any.

  7. Adhere the 2 circles flat together and onto the card use dimensionals, them adhere the little dog to the circles using dimensionals. Adhere the label shapes using dimensional to added depth.

All the items I used to make this card are available in my online shop and please remember to use the monthly hostess code if you spend £20+ (and less than £150) to ensure you receive a free thank you gift from me.

Happy Stamping xx
