Today I will be sharing project 6 with you, witch is "Let It Shine".
I am really enjoying doing the Altenew course, I'm trying new things and loving it. This design came about as I love getting the most out of my products, like using a little strip of gold Mirri card can make a big difference and using some Gold embossing powder can give a fab shine.
For my class submission I have chosen this card featuring the Dream Big and Mini Hello stamp sets, following the guide from Lesson 2 and 5.
Drawing from the classes as a whole, I wanted to create a simple card but with a bold sentiment as the focus but I wanted small pops of gold in the design. I positioned a detailed die cut double layer on one edge so there was a sneaky bit of gold witch adds this lovely black and gold layer. I feel it works so well in this design.
I am pleased with how this card turned out and I am looking forward to learning more!
